🏪STEP 5: Setting Up Your Review Link

Customers will receive a unique URL link where they will be able to begin the review process.

How to setup your review link

The Review Link is the link your customers will visit to leave a review. You can customize the review link by clicking Settings and then Review Link.

From the Review Link section, you can change the review link URL and link preview title.

You can also edit the landing page logo, copy and image (size - 720px x 900px) by clicking Edit.

On the Platform Choice section, you can disable or enable platforms you’d like to showcase on the landing page link.

The Negative Feedback section shows the page your customers are presented with when they want to write a 1, 2 or 3-star review.

In this case, we ask your dissatisfied customer to leave their contact information so that you can follow-up later, in order to answer their concerns privately. If they want to write a 4 or 5-star review, the Negative Feedback page will not be presented.

Showing the Negative Feedback page / Receiving negative feedback is optional, and you can disable it by clicking Settings → Review Link and choose Star filter disabled.

The Private Feedback section shows the page your customers see when they want to leave you private feedback from your review link.
