🔁STEP 4: Replying to Reviews

It's important that you respond to all reviews, including negative ones.

80% of people expect reviews to be responded to within 2 weeks.

How to respond to reviews

Now, as you have your review platforms integrated, the software automatically starts populating the platform feed with reviews (this process could take some time).

On the left sidebar of Reviews section, you will see the list of integrated platforms with rating and number of reviews.

On the right sidebar, you can search and find reviews by entering keywords, filter reviews by Assessment, Type, Answer and Date.

We also give you an opportunity to monitor and respond to all reviews right from the platform. To do so, just click the Reply button on each review.
