Before you can request reviews, you will need to connect your review sites to the platform. We integrate with more than 20 review sites.

63.6% of consumers say they are likely to check reviews on Google before visiting a business location, making it the number one platform for reviews

88% of all online reviews come from four review platforms, meaning businesses not focusing on these sites are holding themselves back. (Those four platforms are Google (73%), Yelp (6%), Facebook (3%), and Tripadvisor (3%))

How to connect your review sites

After updating the account password, the next step to take is connecting platforms where you receive reviews.

To do so, first click Settings in the top right corner, then click Integrations.

We have more than twenty review platforms available to integrate. To integrate your platform, just click Integrate under each platform.

After clicking Integrate, you will be presented with the on-screen instructions, guiding you through the platform integrating process.

For instance, the following picture shows the integration instructions for your Facebook page.

Some of the platforms have integration instructions “hidden” under a little question mark. Just hover mouse over it, and you will see the platform integration tips.
